I was trying to record each step in the making of this journal, but it become too time consuming. So, I temporarily abandoned the documentation piece and finished the book block and started the cover.

The next step will be to glue the boards to the spine hinge and then it will be on to covering the boards. In terms of time, this is about 70% of the way done. I’ve put in about 1.20 hours of direct labor on each of the two books you see here.
