Cancel any time before shipment. If it is a custom order, I may ask you to help me cover the cost of materials already used (like printed or personalized paper, for example).


Returns are accepted up to 90 days from the time you receive the item. I’m always interested to know why you are dissatisfied and am open to any feedback (I crave it, actually). Please let me know if you are dissatisfied. I’m open to full or partial refunds, and/or replacement as appropriate. It’s rare, but I have had customers return items and/or request refunds and I am confident that they would all say it was a good experience.
